By accessing and using the services provided by Digi Clouds ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Digi Clouds provides the following services:
All projects begin after receipt of the agreed-upon deposit and signed project agreement. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback cycles.
Payment terms are as follows:
Any changes to the project scope after approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables of their project. This includes the completed website, application, or game developed for their specific use.
Digi Clouds retains the right to:
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Digi Clouds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort.
We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments related to the original project scope.
Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreement terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
